The "Refugees and War" discussion has been going for a few weeks, based on the Churches of Christ papers to be discussed at State conference on 1st May. You can grab a copy on Sunday or access these documents at http://www.cofcsjn.org.au/files/justice/Refugees/

We're hoping to provide a joint church response to the position paper and then move on clarify our church's actions in response to our policy. Eg. what would we want to say on the front of our building about God's concern for refugees? about compassion? about war? about Christians practically caring??

What actions will we as a church engage in that will make a difference?
